Wagon Drill (Top Hammer Wagon Drills, DTH Version Wagon Drill)

Rama Mining Tools Wagon Drill comes in 2 variants. 1) Top Hammer version: Drilling up to 20 - 40 meter depth with hole dia of 45 - 75 mm. (With RMT 120F | BBC 120F Pneumatic Drifter)   2) DTH Hammer version: Drilling depth of 40 meters with hole dia of 85 to 130 mm. A vertically mounted pneumatic hammer drill and percussive-type rock drill supported on a three-wheeled wagon. Rama Mining Tools Wagon Drill is powered by pneumatic traction motors. Skid steering allows the unit to turn within a diameter equal to its wheelbase and maneuver easily into place. The drill table is lowered for tramming and is brought back up to a vertical position for drilling by a hydraulic manual jack. Two jack bars hold the drill feed in place during drilling operations.

The wagon drills are used for production drilling in Opencast mines and quarries, grouting, and anchoring. It is used in underground mines for production drilling with the shortened mast. With a conversion kit, it can be converted from the TH version to the DTH version. Possible drill holes from dia 48 to 130 mm. It has a hydraulic hand pump for boom lifting, a mechanical jack, pneumatic power steering with a tow bar for tramming, and is easy to shift from hole to hole. Feed Beam is available in different lengths of 2.5 meters to 5.1 meters.
