Pneumatic Drifters for Mining & Construction Applications

Rama Mining Tools is a leading manufacturer and exporter of two variants of pneumatic drifters: the RMT 120F and the RMT 120FZ. These drifters are used after mounting on the different types of drilling rigs, like the Wagon or Crawler Drill, Simba Junior, etc.

The RMT pneumatic drifters, 120F and 120FZ, are equivalent to the original equipment BBC 120F. It gives the same performance as the original Epiroc BBC 120F, but in a much more cost-effective way.

The two variants of the RMT pneumatic drifters are mainly used in underground mines, grouting holes for surface mining and construction applications, as well as drifting and tunnelling.

It has the capacity to make holes from a diameter of 48 mm to 75 mm and a depth of 15 to 25 metres. It also comes with a rifle-bar-actuated rotation motor with 8 pawls (4 for each direction) that engage or disengage.
