The CP 32A Pneumatic Rock Drill is an original Chicago Pneumatic sinker drill built for vertical, downward drilling in hard rock. At 24.5 kg, it's light enough for one operator to position and control, while still handling the tough conditions found in blast hole drilling, shaft sinking, and quarry work.
It's available in two shank sizes to match different job requirements:
• 22 x 108 mm (Part No. 8900002013 / T022117) — for standard deep-hole applications
• 22 x 82.5 mm (Part No. 8900002017 / T0022318) — for tighter spaces
With RMT, you can buy the original Chicago Pneumatic CP 32A or the RMT 32A aftermarket equivalent — a 100% OEM-compatible alternative that fits the same rigs, rods, and accessories, backed by a 6-month warranty and faster delivery direct from the manufacturer.
• High-speed drilling that keeps blast hole schedules on track for time-sensitive quarry and mining sites
• Efficient lubrication system that protects moving parts and reduces wear
• Low-maintenance design, with frequently worn parts positioned for easy access and replacement
• Tough latch retainer that holds the drill steel firmly, reducing wear at the collar and keeping holes straight
• Blower lever for clearing rock dust from deep holes without stopping the drill
If your site already runs Chicago Pneumatic equipment like the CP 0069 or CP 0022, the CP 32A fits directly into your existing spare parts inventory — no need to stock a separate set of consumables.
It's also one of the few sinker drills in its class offered in two shank sizes, so you can match the tool to the job instead of compromising on one size.
CP 32A is between the range of CP 0022 and CP 0069. It gives better drilling capacity than CP 0022 and consumes much less air than CP 0069. So, it strikes a perfect balance between the two models.
Blast hole drilling, excavation, shaft sinking, quarry drilling, bench mining, and road construction — anywhere a straight, deep hole through hard rock is required.
The CP 32A works with standard sinker drill rods (tapered or Integrak/integrated bit), a 1.3 Ltr lubricator (RMT 30), hose pipes, and safety whip checks. RMT can help you select the right rods and accessories based on hole diameter and rock type.
With Rama Mining Tools, you get the flexibility to select between the original CP 32A or aftermarket model RMT 32A, as per choice or project requirement.
The aftermarket model of RMT 32A is 100% equivalent to the Chicago Pneumatic CP 32A.
