The CP 0069 is a 60-lb class pneumatic sinker drill from the range of Chicago Pneumatic Rock Drill variants. It is built for hand-held drilling in quarries, mines, and heavy construction sites. It's suited to operators who need a drill capable of sustained downward drilling through hard rock, day after day, without frequent parts replacement.
Weighing 27 kg, the CP 0069 sits in the upper weight class (60 lbs Pneumatic Rock Drill) of hand-held sinkers, and that extra mass is put to work: a forged steel housing, a cushioned piston to absorb shock, and a beavertail-style retainer that keeps the drill steel seated and reduces wear at the collar.
An integrated oiler keeps internal components lubricated during long shifts, and a combined blower-and-throttle lever lets the operator clear the rock dust from the hole without stopping the drill.
The 3/4" NPT swivel air inlet adds flexibility when working in awkward positions due to the bending of the hose pipe. The long swivel also reduces cracks in the hose pipes due to bending, thus increasing its life span.
It can drill up to 6 metres in depth and a hole diameter up to 60 mm.
The CP 0069 is available with two chuck sizes (Shank sizes): -
a. 8900002022: - 25 x 108 mm (1" x 4¼")
b. 8900002020: - 22 x 108 mm (7/8" x 4¼")
Thus, operators can match the drill to their existing drill steel rather than switching an entire tooling setup.
RMT supplies the CP 0069 as a genuine, original Chicago Pneumatic tool. That means buyers get factory-specification parts, consistent fit with existing Chicago Pneumatic tooling, and full compatibility with the manufacturer's spare parts catalogue.
With Rama Mining Tools (RMT), you get the option to choose from a wide range of pneumatic rock drills (Sinker Drills). You can select from original Atlas Copco Rock or Chicago Pneumatic rock drills.
RMT also gives you the flexibility to select aftermarket models which come at a better price and with faster delivery without compromising on the quality of the machine.
With RMT, along with the Pneumatic Rock Drill, you can get the option to source complete accessories required to operate the tools, like the drill rods, lubricator (Oiler), hose pipes, spare parts of the tools, etc.
Thus, RMT provides a one-stop solution for all your requirements.
Contact us to get expert advice to decide between the two chuck sizes, or if you need confirmation of any other specification, like air supply requirements, before installing a compressor line. RMT's team can walk through your existing rig setup and recommend the right configuration.
