RMT 545 RNS - Cement Injection Pump

RMT 545 RNS pump is an Air Operated Pump, suitable for cement injection. As it is a pneumatically operated unit, it can be installed at any place without any trouble and it is absolutely safe to use. It is basically designed for cement grouts & a water-based binder where low volume but high pressure is needed. It produces high pressure for spraying. The major attraction of the RMT 545 RNS Pump is its portability. Due to its lightweight, it can be moved or relocated very easily. Yet it is rugged to withstand the handling of the normal mine. It is very easy to maintain because of very few screws.

What is good about it?

  • Bottom feed - no hopper or suction pipe needed, no air interface

  • Allen screwed main parts - slurry section can be opened quickly in case of any blockage
  • All major parts are constructed of stainless steel & rust proofed electrically galvanized treated
  • Air functioned pump with all active parts fitted inside only
  • A special grout mixer including 2 no drums of 75 liters capacity with mixing blades, air motor and torque multiplying speed reduction gear box.

Where it is used?

  • Roof bolting and cable grouting fully grouted bolts and anchors installed by pre-grouting or post injection 
  • Long hole grouting from 3 - 20m can be injected with cement or other mixer (water base resins etc) in the ratio from 1:0.3 up to 1:2 
  • Ventilation controlled by spraying on to walls and prefabrication meshes
  • Rock sealing pre - grouting weathering or degradation by spraying
  • Injection of grouts-set props with a modification to produce high pressure setting up to 500 psi
  • Cavity injection - This pump gives high degree of operator control, particularly where ground is sensitive
